This half day IN PERSON restorative Continuum experience will be held at Move To Center Studio in Boulder, Colorado.

Using breath, sound, and attention we will attune to our own life force, letting it move, surprise, and replenish us.  Together, we will open ourselves to the abundance of nourishment that is here, in our own depths, just waiting for us to drink it in.
